About the role

Razor Men Barber in the Brisbane CBD is after an experienced barber to join their team. The role suits someone with at least three years of barbering experience, strong technical skills and a focus on good customer service. Day to day work covers men's haircuts including skin fades, tapers, scissor cuts and longer styles, along with beard trims, beard shaping and straight razor shaves. Barbers consult with clients about their preferences, recommend suitable styles and grooming products, and manage both appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Keeping the workstation clean and tools sanitised is part of the job, as is building positive client relationships through friendly, professional service and helping the shop run smoothly as a team. The successful applicant will be reliable, punctual and confident working both independently and with others, with strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality results. The position is available on a part-time, full-time or casual basis. Pay is 75,000 to 85,000 dollars per year.
