About the role

The Golden Fade is expanding and wants an experienced barber to join the crew. This is a casual role with consistent shifts across the week, plus the occasional sixth day as needed. The work is fully onsite at their Oakleigh South location at The Links, which is the priority shop, though they are also filling positions at Wollert and Caroline Springs. They run a busy customer flow, so the team is after someone who can keep up the pace and takes pride in their work. The shop values a motivated, eager and reliable attitude along with good vibes and being a genuine team player. They are after at least three years of barbering experience, strong skin fade skills and confidence with mens beard work. Solid customer service and the ability to build relationships with clients round out what they need. Applicants who meet the criteria will be contacted by phone to arrange the next steps.
