FANAEIANS Barber & Spa in Braddon, Canberra is hiring an experienced barber for a full-time role. This is a premium barber and spa combining hair, grooming, aesthetics and wellness under one roof, with an established and growing client base. The barber will consult with clients, recommend haircuts and grooming services, and deliver both contemporary and classic men's cuts. Day-to-day work covers clipper work, fades, scissor cutting and styling, along with beard trimming, shaping and traditional shaving within their training. They also expect tidy workstations and proper hygiene and infection-control practices. The shop is after at least 12 months of professional barbering or hairdressing experience, strong clipper, fade and scissor skills, and solid consultation ability. A relevant barbering or hairdressing qualification, including an equivalent overseas qualification, is well regarded. The role runs 38 ordinary hours per week and pays an annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
