About the role

FANAEIANS Barber and Spa is a premium barber and spa in Braddon, Canberra, combining hair, grooming, aesthetics and wellness under one roof. As the business grows they are after a full-time barber to deliver both contemporary and traditional grooming services. The role covers client consultations, contemporary and classic men's haircuts, clipper work, fades, scissor cuts and styling, plus beard trimming and shaping. Shaving and traditional barbering fall within your training and scope. You would recommend suitable grooming products, keep workstations clean and disinfect tools in line with hygiene procedures. At least 12 months of professional barbering or hairdressing experience is expected, along with strong clipper, fade and scissor-cutting skills. A relevant qualification and experience in traditional shaving and advanced fading are highly regarded. The shop offers full-time work at 38 hours per week, an annual salary of 80,000 to 85,000 plus super, an established and growing client base, ongoing development and a central Braddon location.
