About the role

Kingsman Barbers is an appointment-based barbershop chain that has been running for nine years, with three locations across Balaclava, Caulfield Village and Caulfield North and plans to keep expanding across Melbourne. They are after experienced barbers for full-time, part-time or casual work at their busy shops where quality comes first. The role at the Balaclava site pays 34 to 37 dollars per hour, plus an uncapped commission structure, product sales commissions, regular performance reviews with pay increases, and bonuses for strong work. There are clear career pathways from senior barber through to assistant manager, store manager and multi-site management. Staff also get ongoing training, product discounts and a supportive team environment. Candidates need previous barbering experience, strong clipper and scissor skills, and confidence with fades and modern men's styles. Straight razor shaving experience is preferred. Good customer service, professional presentation and reliability are important. Immediate start available.
