On Point Fade is a friendly barbershop in Essendon North, Victoria, looking to add a skilled and reliable barber to the team on a full-time basis. They offer an immediate start with pay ranging from 35 to 40 dollars per hour depending on experience. The role suits someone confident across fades, skin fades, beard trimming and scissor cuts. Beyond technical skill, they are after strong customer service, reliability, punctuality and a good team attitude. The shop is growing and wants someone who is genuinely passionate about barbering.
