About the role

Bob's Barbershop in Frankston is after a skilled and passionate barber to join their team. The role is offered on a full-time, part-time or casual basis, and visa sponsorship is available for onshore applicants only. Pay is listed at 70,000 to 80,000 dollars per year. The work covers the full range of barbering: haircuts, beard trims, shaves and styling. Barbers consult with clients on their preferences, recommend services and products, keep tools sterilised and maintain a clean, welcoming shop. They also manage bookings and build lasting relationships with regulars and new customers. The shop wants a valid barbering qualification or completed apprenticeship recognised in Victoria, proven experience with a portfolio or client testimonials, and confidence across clipper work, scissor techniques and straight razor shaving.
