Top Cuts Katherine is after an experienced barber or hairdresser to join their team in Katherine NT. The role covers both barbering and hairdressing: men's precision scissor cuts, clipper cuts and advanced fades, beard trims and shaping, traditional and modern shaves, and children's haircuts. On the hairdressing side there is scissor work, colouring, styling, up-styling and treatments, with personalised looks for each client. Daily salon duties are part of the job, including cleaning workstations, sanitising tools and completing opening and closing tasks. They prefer at least 3 years of industry experience, strong technical skills and good attention to detail. Shifts run 8 to 10 hours during the day, with weekend availability required. Pay is 57,000 to 90,000 per year based on experience, skills and qualifications. Extras include tips, performance based bonuses and incentives, and employee discounts. Australian work rights are preferred, though visa sponsorship may be considered for a suitable candidate.
