About the role

Vali Group, operating Mens Cuts and their premium Barber at the Bar brand, is hiring across several Sydney locations. They welcome experienced barbers, qualified hairdressers wanting to build their barbering skills, and motivated beginners with little or no experience. Full-time and casual positions are available, with pay set according to skills and experience. Beginners receive free on-the-floor training alongside experienced barbers, while skilled staff get ongoing development in modern fades, scissor techniques, styling and customer service. The shop offers paid annual and personal leave for eligible staff, public holiday entitlements, weekend penalty rates, superannuation and all applicable entitlements. Wages are paid through official payroll, not cash in hand, with payslips provided. They are after reliable, honest and professional people with good communication, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Applicants must already reside in Australia with valid working rights. Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates already in the country. Pay is listed at 80,000 to 100,000 per year.
