About the role

Big Barber in Wagga Wagga is expanding its team and is after a qualified barber or hairdresser to join a busy shop in the heart of the CBD. The shop offers a full range of services including haircuts for men, women, boys and girls, wet shaves, beard styling and hair care products. They are after someone with strong cutting skills across both traditional and contemporary styles, good attention to detail, tidy presentation and solid customer service. The ability to shave is a bonus but not essential. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available with flexible arrangements. Pay is an above award salary of 80,000 to 85,000 per year plus generous commission, bonuses and incentives, along with superannuation, workcover and annual leave. Ongoing training is provided by industry leaders, and appointment times are generous to allow staff to perfect their craft. They also offer help with relocation and finding a place to live. Visa sponsorship is on offer for the right candidate.
