They are after an experienced barber who takes pride in their craft, enjoys looking after clients and wants to build a loyal following. The part-time role pays between 35 and 45 dollars an hour. Day to day the work involves delivering consistent, high-quality barbering and grooming services, providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships. The barber is expected to actively grow and maintain their own clientele, keep a clean and professional workspace and contribute positively to the team. The shop wants someone confident across all aspects of barbering, reliable, personable and motivated with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and an understanding of client retention and rebooking are important. Applicants need full working rights in Australia.
