About the role

They are after a skilled and passionate barber to join their team in Perth. Flexible arrangements are on offer, with casual, part-time and full-time hours available to suit the right person. The shop is a professional, welcoming barbershop where quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience come first. Day to day work covers haircuts, fades, tapers and styling, along with beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments. Barbers consult with clients on the look they want, offer recommendations, keep the work area clean and hygienic, build a loyal client base and stay across current trends. Applicants need proven experience as a qualified barber with a minimum of three years in the trade. A Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent is preferred. Strong skills across fades, scissor cuts and traditional techniques are needed, along with good communication and reliable presentation. Pay runs $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience, plus a bonus. The role is centrally located in Perth with room to grow a client base.
