About the role

Realm26 is a premium barbershop and lifestyle store on Beaufort Street in Highgate, Perth. It is described as part barbershop, part lifestyle brand, focused on atmosphere and the client experience. As the business grows, they have two full-time positions remaining for experienced barbers. The role covers modern and classic cuts, fades, scissor work, styling, beard trims and shaves. Barbers are expected to understand each client, recommend suitable styles, build repeat clientele, keep the shop clean and organised, and stay current with trends. They are after applicants with a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing or equivalent, at least two years of experience, and confidence across fades, clipper work, scissor cuts and beard work. Existing clientele is a bonus but not essential.
