The shop sits in a high-end lifestyle precinct with strong foot traffic and a quality client base. It is owner-occupied and owner-operated, so there is hands-on leadership, clear standards and a well-managed environment. Both part-time and full-time work is available, three to five days per week, with flexible days and a consistent roster. Pay is $73,000 to $85,000 plus an achievable bonus and 12 percent superannuation, with wages, super and tax paid weekly. The location offers easy access with parking and public transport, and the shop provides in-house training and ongoing upskilling.
