About the role

Fade Lab is a modern, premium barbershop that focuses on quality cutting and a strong customer experience. Following the success of their Aspendale shop, the Frankston location is continuing to grow and they are after experienced barbers to join a professional, supportive team. The role covers men's haircuts, fades, skin fades, tapers and beard services, along with building relationships with new and returning clients and keeping a clean, professional workstation. They want barbers confident with clippers, scissors and beard grooming, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. A minimum of two or more years experience is preferred. On offer are competitive hourly rates based on experience, full-time and part-time options, flexible arrangements, a consistent and growing clientele, and a modern working environment. The shop values quality over rushing clients through the chair and offers room to grow within an expanding business. Pay is between 35 and 40 dollars per hour.
