On behalf of partner barbershops in Perth, Home Migration Services is recruiting experienced barbers for permanent full-time work. The role covers precision hair cutting, styling, tapering and high fades, along with beard trimming, shaping, line-ups and traditional hot towel straight-razor shaves. Barbers assess hair and scalp conditions, advise clients on styling and maintenance, keep tools sanitised to hygiene standards, manage bookings, run POS transactions and recommend grooming products to meet retail targets. They are after candidates with a Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent and at least three years of full-time hands-on experience in a high-volume setting. Pay is 70,000 to 85,000 per year plus super, with tips and commission options. Subclass 482 or 494 employer sponsorship and visa transfers are available through DAMA, but applicants must already be onshore in Australia with active work rights. A TRA skills assessment outcome, or eligibility to undergo one, is also required. Strong customer service and a portfolio of previous work are expected.
