Full-time barber

About the role

Fade Game Pty Ltd is a modern, high performance barbershop across Melbourne known for precision fades, contemporary men's styling and beard work. They are expanding and want to fill three full-time positions. The pay is $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus superannuation. Day to day, the successful barbers will deliver men's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, clipper cuts and scissor cuts, along with beard trimming, beard shaping, hot towel shaves and facial grooming. They will consult with clients on styling, manage walk-ins and appointments, keep accurate records and sterilise equipment to Australian health and safety standards. The shop is after a recognised qualification in barbering or hairdressing and at least two years of experience, with strong skills in fades, modern cuts, beard shaping and razor work, plus solid customer service and attention to detail.
