Oscar Oscar Salons are after hair stylists to join their luxury salon in Robina on the Gold Coast. The group has operated for more than 30 years across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, with full-time, part-time and casual positions on offer. They provide an attractive salary with an uncapped, generous commission structure, and the salary range sits between 60,000 and 80,000 dollars per year. Rosters can be set to a four or five day week to suit your lifestyle. Stylists step into an instant clientele, with salon coordinators handling front of house so you can focus on guests. The shop offers industry leading internal education, training with partnered product companies, and external opportunities such as backstage work at Fashion Week. Regular staff incentives and competitions run throughout the year. There is scope to grow from apprentice to internal trainer or even salon owner, plus the flexibility to relocate to any Oscar Oscar salon across Australia.
