Paran Hair Design is expanding its team at the salon in Top Ryde City Centre and is after passionate hairdressers. They are open to full-time, part-time or casual arrangements, with flexible hours available. The role suits a qualified hairdresser with at least two years of in-salon experience. Day to day, stylists provide high quality services and look after clients, while helping the business grow by building a client base and driving retail sales. The shop wants people who are well groomed and presented, with strong communication and customer service skills, and who are keen to keep learning and building their career alongside a dedicated team of hair and beauty professionals. Pay ranges from 30 to 50 dollars per hour. Stylists also receive perks including salon services and bonuses, access to hair, beauty and spa treatments, and opportunities to work backstage and learn from industry leaders.
