About the role

Hairshed Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified hairdresser or barber to join a friendly team in Forest Lodge. This is a permanent full-time role of 38 or more hours per week, paying from $80,000 up to $150,000 a year plus super, with commission and a performance bonus on top. Hours run 9:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays, with weekend work on a roster. The work covers cutting, trimming and styling to suit each client, along with shampooing, conditioning and scalp treatments. Colour work is part of the role, including bleaching, streaking and foiling, as well as setting, straightening and curling. Day to day tasks also include managing bookings, handling cash and keeping the station clean and tools sanitised. Applicants need relevant qualifications, a minimum of two years experience, a valid working visa and a police check. The shop offers an employee mentoring program and visa sponsorship.
