HMB Barbers is hiring in Cairns for a junior barber or skilled apprentice keen on a long-term career. The company runs 17 walk-in barbershops across Queensland and offers a consistent shop experience to local communities. Barbers here deliver quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and attention to detail, while keeping chair time productive. Day to day the role covers greeting clients warmly, managing waitlists, following customer journey standards, processing POS transactions and promoting retail products through consultative selling. Staff also keep their workstation clean and sanitised, maintain presentation across reception and waiting areas, follow WHS requirements and assist with stock control and promotions. HMB has partnered with 4Barbers Education for training and upskilling, with pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
