About the role

Rephair is a premium men's hair-replacement studio at Robina on the Gold Coast, built around client confidence and transformation. They are after a qualified barber who wants to move beyond traditional barbering and grow with an expanding company. The main focus is delivering high-quality cutting, fading, blending and styling, then progressing into specialised non-surgical hair-system services through full training and support. No previous hair-system experience is needed: the right attitude and technical foundation matter most. Day to day also includes hair-system preparation, fitting, maintenance and rebonding, discreet client care, assisting with bookings and light admin, and helping create before-and-after and social media content. Applicants need a recognised barbering or hairdressing qualification, strong men's cutting skills, good presentation and comfort appearing in content. The role suits someone reliable and organised who understands discretion when working with hair-loss clients. This is a full-time position paying $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with an established base of loyal recurring clients and genuine career-growth opportunities.
