About the role

Rephair is a premium men's hair-replacement studio in Robina on the Gold Coast, built around confidence, transformation and strong client care. They are after a qualified barber or hairdresser to deliver men's cutting, fading, blending and styling, then progress into specialised hair-system services through full training and support. The role covers hair-system preparation, fitting, maintenance and rebonding, along with discreet and compassionate client care. There is also a content side: capturing before-and-after work and helping create social media showing client transformations. Some light daily admin, bookings and client communication is part of the job. They want someone warm, reliable and detail-focused, confident with clients and understanding of the discretion needed with hair-loss clients. The studio has a loyal base of recurring clients and is heading into a growth phase with plans for new locations and products. Pay runs from 75,000 to 80,000 dollars per year, full-time, with hands-on training and genuine career growth on offer.
