About the role

Col Nayler Barber Shop, an established Brisbane barbershop brand, is hiring full-time barbers across several locations, with openings at its Brisbane CBD, Indooroopilly, Chermside and Newmarket shops. They are after someone who takes pride in their work and surroundings, is trustworthy, confident and reliable, and brings a fun, energetic and professional attitude with strong customer service skills. A minimum of two to three years of barbering experience is required. The role offers stable hours and job security, flexible days, above award wages and a realistic, achievable bonus structure on top. Entitlements are covered, with super paid monthly and tax paid weekly. In-house training is available for barbers wanting to upskill. The shops sit in easily accessible locations with parking and convenient public transport, and there is a referral program. Pay ranges from 75,000 to 85,000 dollars per year.
