About the role

Realm26 is a growing, modern barbershop in Perth looking for an experienced barber to join the team. They run a client-focused shop where quality service, presentation and customer experience matter. The role covers a full range of barbering and grooming: cutting, styling, beard trims, shaves and treatments. Consulting with clients about their preferences and offering professional recommendations is part of the day, along with keeping the shop clean and hygienic and staying current with trends and techniques. They are after someone with a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, strong technical skills across a range of services, good communication and a professional presentation. The shop offers stable, long-term employment in a supportive, team-oriented environment with room to grow within an expanding brand. Pay is a salary of 90,000 to 100,000 dollars per year. This is an in-person, full-time position.
