Senior barber, full-time

About the role

JTs Ladies & Mens Hairstylists is after an experienced senior barber to join their team at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre. This is a full-time role in a modern, well-equipped and customer-focused shop. The successful applicant will deliver quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves using both modern and traditional methods, offer grooming and product advice, and keep their station clean and hygienic. Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits is important, as is mentoring apprentices and junior barbers. They want someone skilled in scissor work, clipper fades, razor shaves and beard styling, with good communication skills, reliability and the ability to work well under pressure while keeping standards high. A Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent is required, along with current knowledge of grooming trends.
