They are after a senior barber or hairdresser for a permanent full-time role of 38 hours a week, based at Menai. Pay is set at 79,500 dollars plus superannuation, with a stated range up to 120,000 dollars per year. The successful candidate needs at least one year of experience in barbering or hairdressing, with a Certificate III in the field seen as desirable. Team management, strong communication and good time management are important, as the role includes leading and training new staff. Day to day work covers cutting and trimming with scissors, clippers and razors, styling to suit each client, beard and moustache grooming, scalp and hair treatments, product advice, booking management and taking payments.
