About the role

Q Man Barbershop, part of Quintessential Man, is opening in October at Australia Square on George Street and is building a founding team from day one. They are after highly experienced senior barbers to deliver premium cuts, fades and grooming to CBD clients and to help set the service standard in a brand-new shop. The ideal applicant brings a strong portfolio, fluent English and excellent communication skills, and is motivated, reliable and client-focused. Professional presentation and good grooming are expected. This is a full-time role paying $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus commission. The prime CBD location at Australia Square is a major drawcard, and staff get weekends off. Joining before the doors open gives the successful barber a chance to shape the culture and standards of the new shop.
