Blind Barbery is looking for a senior barber to join their established team in East Geelong. The role suits an experienced professional with at least 5 years in the trade who is confident in their craft and open to ongoing training and development. Pay is a competitive starting salary plus superannuation and a commission structure that the team consistently reaches each week, with the potential to earn over 100k within 12 months. The shop offers Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays off for a three-day weekend, and full-time or part-time options with a customisable four or five day week. A Certificate III in Barbering or higher is required, along with cutting, styling and cut-throat razor skills and a strong focus on customer service. Barbers are expected to run a busy column efficiently. The business is entering its seventh year and offers job security, a loyal clientele and room for career growth in a supportive environment.
