About the role

UR Studio is a modern, education-focused hair studio in West Melbourne after an experienced senior barber to join a growing team. The role can be full-time, part-time or casual, with Sundays and Mondays off. Day to day involves delivering high-quality barbering and haircutting, running professional consultations, keeping the workspace clean and organised, and working alongside the rest of the team. They are looking for someone with at least two years of barbering or hairdressing experience, strong technical cutting skills, confidence with both clipper and scissor work, and solid consultation and communication. Reliability, presentation and attention to detail matter. Comfort working independently and in a team is expected, and existing clientele is a plus but not essential. Pay ranges from 65,400 to 70,100 per year depending on experience and skill, plus superannuation and a performance-based bonus.
