The role suits someone who can lead, mentor and take pride in their craft. Applicants need at least two years of experience and should be strong across fades, scissor work, styling and beard grooming, with good communication skills to build lasting client relationships. Pay is above award at 35 to 45 dollars per hour plus tips. The shop provides a consistent flow of loyal clients and offers ongoing education through workshops, seminars and guest educators. Team members can also get involved in national expos and creative shoots. Full-time, part-time and casual arrangements are available. Leadership or mentorship experience is considered a bonus.
