About the role

False Idol Barber & Shave Shop in Perth is after a skilled and passionate barber to join their team. They offer flexible arrangements to suit the right person, with casual, part-time and full-time hours available and no more than 38 hours a week. The work covers quality haircuts, fades, tapers and styling, along with beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments. Barbers consult with clients on the look they want, offer recommendations, and keep the work area clean and welcoming. Building a loyal client base and staying current with trends are part of the role, as is handling bookings and enquiries. The shop wants a qualified barber with at least 3 years of professional experience. A Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent is preferred. Strong skills across fades, scissor cuts and traditional techniques are needed, plus good communication and reliable presentation. Pay is $33 to $38 an hour depending on experience. The shop is centrally located and offers a supportive team and room to grow.
