Senior hairdresser and apprentice hairdresser

About the role

Volume Hair runs modern salons on Melbourne's premier retail strips, with locations on Chapel Street in Windsor and Clarendon Street in South Melbourne. They are after a fully qualified senior hairdresser as well as a first, second or third year apprentice, on either a full-time or part-time basis with flexible arrangements. Senior pay is $29 to $38 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives, along with a $500 sign-on bonus paid after six months. The salons look for team players with good communication, a positive attitude and a well-groomed, well-presented style. Both salons sit close to tram and train access. Applicants need to be an Australian resident or hold a working visa.
