About the role

Coco Hair and Beauty has served the Warrnambool community for more than 20 years and is entering a new chapter. They are after a qualified, confident hairdresser with fresh ideas and genuine warmth to take on a senior role that combines hands-on hairdressing with team leadership. The successful person will keep creating beautiful hair and caring for clients while leading and mentoring the stylists and apprentice. Day to day this includes building a positive, supportive team culture, maintaining high standards of hairdressing and customer care, and working closely with the owner to grow the salon. Previous management experience is not required. The shop values reliability, initiative and a willingness to step up into leadership. This is a full-time position suited to someone who wants to grow their leadership skills in a well-established local salon, working alongside an owner who values her team and welcomes new ideas.
