About the role

YOURS. Hair Collective is a boutique colour and extensions salon in Leumeah, South West Sydney, formerly known as JF Hair Co and part of the Campbelltown hair community since 2020. They are after an experienced senior hairdresser who can confidently manage their own column, from consultation and formulation through to cutting, styling and finishing. The focus is on personalised colour, healthy hair and long-term client relationships, so strong colour skills and considered, wearable results matter. Extension experience is welcomed but not essential, and men's cutting is not part of the service menu. The successful person will also support and guide apprentices, keep their workspace in order and help maintain a consistent client experience. This is a permanent full-time role over a four-day week, Wednesday to Saturday, 38 hours, with superannuation and entitlements. Pay runs from 40 to 50 dollars per hour. The salon offers an established clientele, ongoing education, professional products and autonomy with support when needed.
