Due to ongoing growth, they are after a skilled and enthusiastic barber and hairdresser to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis. Barbers with an established clientele are welcome, as are motivated professionals keen to build their careers. The role covers haircuts, fades, beard trims and shaves, along with hairdressing work such as cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlighting and treatments. Consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and retail products, and building long-term relationships all form part of the job. Staff keep their workstation clean and safe, sterilise tools after each client, manage appointments to run on time and stay current with trends and techniques.
