Legends Barbers on Bribie Island is growing and wants experienced barbers to join their established team. This is a full-time, secure position covering both modern and traditional barbering. Day to day, barbers deliver high quality cuts and services, provide friendly customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client. The role also involves supporting teammates during busy periods, keeping the shop clean and organised, and mentoring junior barbers and apprentices as part of a positive team culture. They are after qualified barbers with strong industry experience who are confident with fades, style cuts, clipper work, beard services and classic barbering. Good communication, reliability and professionalism behind the chair are important. The shop offers bonus structures that reward performance, ongoing training and development, and opportunities for career progression into future leadership roles.
