This is a chair rental style arrangement where a stylist runs their own business within an established, calm and premium environment. The residency includes a fully equipped workstation, premium botanical and low-tox colour, backbar, treatment and styling products, towels, laundry and cleaning, Wi-Fi and utilities, product education and support, plus the chance of client referrals. Stylists build their own clientele and set their own schedule, keeping the independence of self-employment without the cost of opening a salon.
