Anatolian Hair Design is a modern salon in the heart of Braddon, Canberra, known for colour work, precision cutting and premium extensions. After five years and a loyal client base, they are expanding the team and looking for a senior stylist who is also ready to step into a management role. This is a hands-on position: the successful stylist works behind the chair delivering colour, cutting and styling services while also helping run the salon. Duties include managing daily operations, rosters and product orders, mentoring apprentices and junior stylists, maintaining strong customer service standards, and supporting marketing and social media. The role works closely with the salon owner to keep the environment calm and professional for both clients and staff. Pay is $40 to $49 per hour, full-time. They are after an experienced stylist ready to take the next step in their career and help grow the salon through creativity and consistency.
