They are after an experienced barber to join the team full-time at 38 hours per week, on a salary of 80,000 dollars per year plus superannuation. The role covers the full range of men's barbering: consulting with clients, precision cuts with scissors, clippers and razors, skin fades, tapers, and classic and contemporary styles. Beard shaping, moustache work, razor shaves and facial grooming are also part of the job, along with shampooing, product recommendations and keeping tools and workstations clean and sanitised. Staff manage appointments, help with point-of-sale and build repeat clientele. Applicants need a Certificate III in Hairdressing or at least three years of relevant barbering experience, strong clipper, scissor and razor skills, and full Australian working rights. Basic social media skills are a plus. The shop offers stable employment, no Sunday or public holiday work, a supportive team and ongoing training.
