The team of seven works one on one with clients from start to finish, aiming for a relaxed, unrushed experience. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, meaning a three day weekend every week and no weekend or public holiday work. Full-time is 38 hours a week, or part-time from 25 hours, with at least one late night required (Wednesday and Thursday run to 8.30pm). Pay is $32 to $40 an hour plus uncapped weekly bonuses, well above award.
