Shara Hair in Pakenham is after a motivated 1st, 2nd or 3rd year hairdressing apprentice to join their team. The role can be full-time or part-time, based in their salon within a busy shopping centre. They are looking for someone reliable, punctual and well presented, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Good communication and customer service skills matter here, along with a passion for creating enjoyable client experiences and the ability to work well as part of a team. Applicants need to be currently completing a hairdressing apprenticeship. In return, the salon offers a supportive and experienced team, ongoing training and mentoring, and the chance to grow skills and confidence over time. There is potential for additional hours as apprentices progress. Pay starts from 14 dollars per hour and the work is in person.
