Zucci Hairdressing is looking for an experienced senior hairdresser to join their team in South Melbourne. This is a full-time role paying $75,000 to $80,000 per year. The successful applicant will deliver cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to a varied client base, while also mentoring junior stylists and apprentices on technical skills and customer service. Other duties include leading by example on salon standards, helping with training programs, contributing to promotional events, keeping detailed client records and supporting management with operations and consultations. They are after someone with at least five years of professional experience and recognised qualifications or equivalent competency, along with strong mentoring and communication skills and current knowledge of contemporary techniques. Experience with salon management, client consultation and booking systems is a bonus.
