Cutters Forest Hill is looking for an experienced senior hairdresser to join their growing team. The salon is known for its strong customer service and a fun, relaxed culture. They are after someone confident across all areas of hairdressing including cutting, styling and colouring, who can hit the ground running and bring a friendly, professional attitude. Applicants need a Certificate III in Hairdressing and 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience. The role is part-time or casual, working roughly 15 to 30 hours per week. Pay follows the award: $37 an hour on weekdays and $46 an hour on Saturdays, plus super. The shop offers ongoing education and training, an employee discount, professional development support, plus achievable retail incentives and performance bonuses. The start date is immediate. The salon has stated that overseas applicants should not apply and that candidates must have Australian work authorisation.

The role can be full-time or part-time, based in their salon within a busy shopping centre. They are looking for someone reliable, punctual and well presented, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. Good communication and customer service skills matter here, along with a passion for creating enjoyable client experiences and the ability to work well as part of a team. Applicants need to be currently completing a hairdressing apprenticeship. In return, the salon offers a supportive and experienced team, ongoing training and mentoring, and the chance to grow skills and confidence over time. There is potential for additional hours as apprentices progress. Pay starts from 14 dollars per hour and the work is in person.
