Legends Barber is after an experienced barber manager to join their Bribie Island team full-time. The role combines hands-on work behind the chair with day-to-day leadership of the store. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, building a positive culture, managing store targets and individual performance, coaching and developing barbers, supporting apprentices and trainees, rostering, store operations, stock management and ordering, and keeping standards of service, presentation and cleanliness high. They want a qualified barber with at least five years of industry experience, confident across both modern and traditional barbering services, with strong communication and people skills. The person should be organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility, and understand targets and business performance. Previous management or leadership experience would be highly regarded. This is an established business offering the chance to make the store your own and develop the next generation of barbers. Pay starts from 65,000 dollars per year.
