Pay starts at $78,000 plus super and can reach up to $150,000 a year, with commission and a performance bonus on top. Applicants need at least two years of experience, relevant qualifications, a valid working visa and a police check. The work covers cutting, trimming and styling to suit each client, along with clipper and razor work, shampooing, colouring, bleaching, streaking and foiling. Perming, straightening and waving solutions are also part of the day, plus scalp treatments and finishing.
