The role covers the full range of salon services: cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring, styling, and treatments, plus upstyles such as braids, ponytails and buns for formal events and everyday looks. There is also beard and moustache trimming and shaving. Day to day includes welcoming clients, recommending styles to suit face shape and taste, managing bookings, serving walk-ins, cross-selling products and keeping stations tidy and tools sterilised. The shop offers complimentary ongoing education and career development, and staff work alongside a friendly, supportive group of stylists. Pay is 80,000 per year plus 12 percent superannuation, with overtime pay and tips on top. Shifts run eight hours across a rostered schedule. An employee discount is included.
