The role covers the full range of salon services: cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring, styling, and treatments, plus upstyles such as braids, ponytails and buns for formal events and everyday looks. There is also beard and moustache trimming and shaving. Day to day includes welcoming clients, recommending styles to suit face shape and taste, managing bookings, serving walk-ins, cross-selling products and keeping stations tidy and tools sterilised.
