They are after an experienced full-time barber and hairdresser who is confident across all areas of barbering and men's hairstyling and comfortable with a wide range of clients. The role covers cutting, styling and finishing with scissors, clippers and razors, plus beard trims, moustache grooming and traditional face shaves. Colour, bleach, perm and other chemical services are performed when needed, along with product advice, shampooing and keeping tools and the work area clean. Applicants need at least three years in a busy salon or barbershop, strong scissor skills, clipper work and skin fade experience, and availability to work weekends on the full-time roster. Pay is an annual salary of 70,000 to 90,000 dollars plus superannuation, with uncapped commissions, bonuses and incentives. Employer sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
