They are after a qualified stylist keen to build a long-term career with the team. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available. Around 5 or more years of experience is preferred but not essential, as passion, attitude and team fit matter just as much. The roster runs Tuesday to Saturday with an option of a 4 day week and no Sunday work. Pay is above award at $30 to $45 an hour with incentives, bonuses and uncapped commissions, and earnings of 70k to 90k are possible depending on effort. Perks include two weeks paid shadowing on commencement, flexible annual leave, paid workshops and external training, regular team bonding and free hair nights. The role covers colour, cutting, styling and extensions with mentoring provided. Sponsorship is available for the full-time position.
